Our 11 robotic hot forging lines are the heart of our production, but the service offered by Bersano Carlo Spa goes beyond forging. We provide everything from design to finishing.
Every stage of the process is constantly monitored to ensure the highest quality, from melting the material to creating the finished component.
A new facility was built solely to manage the finishing phase of the pieces and their warehouse management in order to also optimize the shipping and logistics of the various requests.
FINISHING
Sandblasting of parts is used to clean and prepare the surfaces of components, removing impurities, oxide residues, paints or other substances that could compromise the quality of the part or the adhesion of any subsequent surface treatments, making the parts more suitable for applications that require high precision or resistance.
QUALITY CONTROL
After molding, quality control is carried out with a series of visual, dimensional, mechanical and metallurgical checks. These phases ensure that each mechanical piece meets the required standards. Dimensional measurement is carried out using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, profilometers and 3D measuring machines. Mechanical tests are also carried out using durometers and checks on the metallurgical structure using microscopy.
LOGISTICS
The pieces are then prepared for shipping using wooden crates and specific containers. A large warehouse of over 3,000 square meters with various shelves allows us to also manage warehouse management for customers.
We produce components up to 100 kg.
